It did jam but Hitachi told me to drive a steel into the blade to unjam it. I used a drill bit about the same diameter and tapped it with the flat top into the blade. It worked just fine.
The machine is large and takes some getting used to. I do still struggle with handling it whilst up in the roof trusses.
